an online software for estate agents ( real estate ) people who sell properties:

They will register for the use of our software and use it like so:

They will import or manually add all their homes; apartments, business for sale and rent etc.. including images price and the sellers details.

The same for all buyers, so all their details and property requirements. So if they want a home on the UK for 10,000 it will show results for that client requirements etc.

now you can see a working demo of what we need and it must be 100% the same and working the same.

Our maine admin to control the users:

We need to be able to manually add users:

• First name - surname - middle name

• Date of birth

• Company Name Registration Number:

• Address

• Tel / Fax / Email / Website

• Contact person

• LOGO when I add this it will be also in there admin section.

• Account period. So 30 days, 90 days 180 . 365 etc…. so after this date the account is supended… prior to this date I get a remainder and so does the client.

• Username & password ( once I activate it sends a welcome email with the ogin details:

• Limit on the amounts of properties…. So if it's a test account I can limit then to say 10 properties or set to unlimited etc…

• Logins.. as disussed below.. some offices may need multiple logoins for more tha one staff member. If this is the case… I issue more in admin and will eb set as below.

• Admin ( only this account can delete properties or ftp )

Sub admins can add properties and do all options but above.

• Calander: as disussed some office may have one admin but require a diary for more than one staff member… so as standard it comes with one calder but from admin I want to be able to add more people.. so if they have 5 staff.. they can make appoinments for 5 people.

• Mass email or single email.. I want to be able to mail shot people.

• Accounts. When a user is issued a account and is paid I want to be able to see what they paid and when.

• Suspend. I want to be able to suspend a user if needed.

• IP and login. If only one login is issues, only one IP can signin at once.

First Step: The client is issues an account with the following details for his company

Company Name Address Telephone No

Contact Person email website

Company logo information about the company

Password and username

Step Two: The client is issue with ONE user name unless he wants multi office. By multi office we mean. Imagine if I am the UK office and you are our second office. So we both can add properties to our database together as two offices.

Step Three: Account is activated in our admin and the user is sent a welcome email along with the username and passwords etc.

Step Four: User signs in and is greeted with the following options within his admin.


Add property :

Property Ref Number:

Property Category: house / apartment / bungalow / new build / office / industrial

Property Type: Rental / Sale

Extended options: No of Bedrooms - No of Bathrooms – Garage – Front Garden –

Back Garden – Dining Room – Conservatory - En-Suite

Asking Price / Rental Price

Add owners contact details, such as name, tel etc… This is only to be seem by

the person who adds the property and not to be sent to the website.

Images: add images

Status: Sold / Let Agreed


Add Contact:

Contact Type: Seller / Buyer / Agent

Fields needs are:

Name – Address- Tel / Fax / Email / Website

Company Name if Agent

If Buyer: His requirements, such as:

Rental / Buying

Property Type: House – Apartment – Office – Bugalow as

above etc..

Budget: from – to so say 100 upto 500

Time frame. When he requires a property so calander

Questions: does he have a property to sell?

Does he need a mortgage

Notes / commenst section_

Send email / sms to client from contacts list.


Search Options:

Search by property type / price or by area.

Also when we add a contact, we need the software to search to match a property for what he wants. So for instance. You want a house for say 2.000 with 3 bedrooms… when we add you to our contact list… it shows we have say 7 properties that match your criteria. The same when we add a new listing property… it shows us a list of clients who want that type of property.

When a new property is added… that suits a buyers requirements if we have his email.. it sends automatically a mailshow of the new properties.


This has to be for multiple peope so… imagine we have 3 sales people

and one seceratry can make appointments for these people… but we want only one to be available as standard.. but from my maine admin I can add more fields for that account…. So if they need for 10 sales people.. I can add from my maine admin into theres..

Reminders: Imagine an agent has a meeting with you tomorrow at 10am.. we need the system to send them an email as a remainder automaticly say 8 hours before the meeting… These can be set to send emails twice a day.

Communication: inbox for emails and sent messages… option to send clients sms messages from this tab and also from a contact page.

The FTP options:

The other online and desktop softwares available allow the user to upload his properties to a number of portals sucj as [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] etc… They upload to there accounts they have on these portals.

The way I have seen this done is via XML and they have to add there username and password for the portal they have accounts with like you would with any ftp.

We also need each user who has an account with us to have his own mini website within [url removed, login to view]

So imagine it, you signup and we issue you with your login details. You add say 100 properties and all these are alaos available on a mini website for your company.. So it has your logo, contact details and company information along with a search box for your clients to search for properties.

So [url removed, login to view] will also be a property portals for all users who have a software account with us.

So when they add a new property it will ask if they wish to update there website and portals.. when they press yes.. it will add the new properties to the sites in one go.

Error messages:

If the client has a problem… they can report it from there admin… Via a contact page.
