Integrate UPS shipping to my Shopping Cart

Looking to integrate UPS shipping to my Shopping Cart, Would need tools and templates build in my website so I can manage this simply. Bellow is a few items I want to integrate • Shipping will be world wide • Provide accurate shipping rate and time information • Validate city, state and postal code combinations • Include UPS tracking numbers with orders • Print shipping labels right from orders Please respond only if you can build it in 5 days.
