Issue with sub directories playing file

have a small site started that has an audio player that uses JavaScript / kind of html5 - works in all browsers - it works fine in the root directory and in the first directory up - but after that - it stops responding [login to view URL] - root [login to view URL] - first sub [login to view URL] - second sub - stops working - have tried different ways of listing the script files that it needs (player6) - but can't seem to find where the issue is coming from. Need a good review from a good developer that can find the issue and set up for proper use. - should be really quick issue for excellent developer! Winner will have full FTP access to the site for easy fix Thanks
