3 pages with content management

I have a client that needs 3 of it's web site pages that need to updated by there staff. First page is a contact details page with about 5 fields. Second page is a time sensitive promotion page, date to go live field, date to expire field, heading field, detail field. Third page needs to be set-up for multiple user logins, each user must access there own detail only. There detail will consist of the following fields: Date, Course name, venue and time (these are for training dates) Admin section: The Administrator must have access to all 3 sections mentioned above. The third page will have a user level access and only be able to access the training section. How it should work on the site: The first page is a contact detail for regions and must be grouped by region, each region will display its contact details. The time sensitive promo section will show on the home page and needs to only show on pre-determined date/time and disappear on a pre-determined date/time. The training section needs to be group by month and region and display its relevant detail. I hope I not too long-winded, but hope I have explained the job requirements adequately. The time frame to complete this work is 5 working days from acceptance of job. Thnak you in advance.
