Abstract: Today’s boom in the e-commerce industry helped to create the “Digital Economy”. This stream carry lots of various services right from purchasing greeting card to airplane tickets so as to online lottery. Lottery is very popular entity from long period. Government also ears revenue from lottery schemes. It is very popular because these are large returns on very small investment. It is beneficiary to get handsome amount by attracting large group within a short period. Many people regularly purchase lottery tickets or play lottery games. As Internet users are increasing we can think to provide more attractive lottery scheme, which may benefit the currency and/or government to earn business. In short it is a fun through technology at no cost. Main focus is given to build the scalable and robust system for web lottery.
