When a visitor registers on the website or if an administrator creates a new client record using the back end admin center they will choose a category. Each category has an associated email campaign. The first email will be sent to the customer immediately and will be designated a “day 0” email. Then a series of follow up emails are sent. We need the ability to create new categories with associated follow up email campaigns. There must also be an image or script in the email that works with IIS that will immediately send an email to the administrator when the email is opened so that we are alerted and can call the client ASAP while they are still looking at the email. Administrator needs to be able to assign the client to multiple groups so they can be included in separate email campaigns simultaneously without being required to have multiple client records in the database.
We already have email functionality built into the administrator control panel. When a client registers now the administrator is notified and a custom auto responder email is sent to the client which includes merge value codes and html editor for creation within the control panel.
I will create a demo site for the right person so you can see what we have already developed and what you will be working with and enhancing.
