simple example Application for .Net Core and eBay API

I need a very simple example application to see how the eBay API works. The example app have to be written in ASP.Net Core (.Net Core Framework 3.1). The user interface can be very simple and dirty. Just the API calls to the eBay API need to work properly. Not more.
The example code should show how:
- login to eBay using OAuth (with "eBay OAuth C# Client Library")
- show example how to call GeteBayOfficialTime,
- show example how to read all incoming and outgoing messages,
- show example how to send a message to an eBay user,
- show example how to read last incoming orders.
The results of the API calls can just be displayed in JSON Format - that's enough.
