Website Database Emailer programming

The purpose of this job is to alter a web site that collects opt-in information into a database and then enables emails to be sent to those that have opted into the site. I want to alter and add to the email engine and features. (please reply if you would like to see an instructional video located on [login to view URL] in order to bid on this project) 1. Add an "html" email option to the existing "text and link to graphics" feature. 2. Add "custom field and/or fields" option to "Subject:" field 3. Add custom "From:" field 4. Add an already written software to the site (VFG) and add customizable page to fit around (VFG) window 5. Add automatic and/or on demand email delivery reports. 6. Add checkbox for "Offers from ..." All "If yes in either" option 7. Add a “Start Date:” and “End Date:” range for the "Register Date:" field Tasks: 1. Emailing [login to view URL] Add an "html" email layout option so the layout is pre-viewed in the email. Currently the recipient is having to click on a link that opens another page to view the layout. I want to be able to insert one or more html layouts in the email. And still have info from custom fields pulled from the database and displayed above and/or below the html layout. Ability to combine "html" layout with "text and link to layout" in same email Admin-current steps to emailing: Add New Merchant – input info Add New Gift Cert – select Merchant, input info Set up Gift Cert Image – select Merchant, Upload New Image Send Gift Cert Email – set parameters, Submit – pulls list Send – opens set up window, select Merchant, insert text, Save Details – sends the email, produces report, Admin-changes to emailing: Add New Merchant – input info Alphabetize list. Add ability to delete old Merchants. Add New Gift Cert – select Merchant, input info Add ability to delete old Gift Certs. Set up Gift Cert Image – select Merchant, Upload New Image Add 3rd button “Off” to make “Move Name/Date” and “Move ‘Courtesy Of’image” optional so it won’t appear unless it is selected to appear. Alphabetize list. Add ability to delete old layouts. Send Gift Cert Email – set parameters, Add #6 features Submit – pulls list Send – opens set up window, select Merchant, insert text, Add option to insert html layout/layouts Save Details – sends the email, produces report, Add generated text report of emailing 2. "Subject:" field of the emails sent add "custom text” and/ or “field or fields" option to pull info from the database and insert it in the Subject: field. Examples: Happy Birthday [\]Registrant[/] , Special for [\]Registrant[/] , Special From [\]Sponsor[/] to [\]Registrant[/] , Happy Birthday From [login to view URL] 3. "From:" field of the emails sent add "custom text” and/ or “field or fields" option to pull info from the database and insert it in the “From:” field. Examples: HappyBirthday@[\]Registrant[/].com , , , HappyBirthday@[\]Sponsor[/].com 4. build custom page to incorporate VFG (see attached [login to view URL]) add pages with a changeable custom layout with VFG inserted into page. The text in the page should be changeable as well as a selection of one or more of several layouts from "Set up Gift Cert Image" (see example attached) 5. Add email delivery reports in text. After a email batch is sent, produce a text report showing each record of: Sent,Date,Time,Layouts,Birthdate,Gender,ZipCode,Categories 6. on "Send Gift Cert Email" page Add a feature that selects only those records in the database with a "yes" in the " Offers from Selected Categories" column. Add a feature that selects only those records in the database with a "yes" in the " Offers from Other Categories" column. Add a feature that selects All "If yes in either one of the "Offers from ..." columns. 7. On “Registration Report” page. [login to view URL] It only allows one date at a time. Add a “Start Date:” and “End Date:” range for the "Register Date:" field to allow a range of dates to be pulled. Arranged in sequence. Legal: 1) I require complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done (so that I may modify it in the future). 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 2a) Any website server-side deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 2b) All other software (including but not limited to any desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute) must include a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request (unless specified elsewhere by the Buyer). 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller Legal Agreement.
