good evening. we require a super design. I want to make this 100% clear, please only bid if you are a superior website designer.. we need a really clean and unique look.. before you bid i need to see some previous work and also your thinking of what you suggest for us. here is what we do.. we have a estate agent ( real estate ) software that estate agents use to as data base for their property and then can upload to lots of different sites.. some of our competition is here eagentlive ( DOT ) com infocasa (dot ) com i like both.. the first more so.. i like the idea of a simple to use clean site.. less is more.. but nothing boring.. has to have the wow factor.. we need to have it cms.. as we will have in three languages... also.. sorry to be down.. no automated replies.. good luck and thanks
