ASP edit form page

We have an ASP form that uses a SQL backend. This is a single page form that allows users to modify their information once they have submitted their data. However, our "modify" template isn't consistent with our "create" template, as we had a less-than-professinal contractor previously. We need an ASP coder to make the modify form consistent with the create form. This should allow all client-side scripting to be working as well (mainly mouseover tooltip and form validation scripts). As the vast majority of the coding has been done, we don't anticipate this should take more than a few hours.
