Requirments for WebSite:
The purpose of the website is to support virtual contest where people over the web will be able to join a contest , make
transactions and win prizes
Supported language : English
Register a new user
Keep history of user transactions
Support more then one contest with different end date. Each contest will have a start and end date. Each user can register him self to one or more contests.
Each game will have an entrance fee and the system should support this (PayPal)
About the contest:
Data will be shown to all users from a third party website.
Each user will decide if to add the data to him or not.
An algorithm will run and decide how many points will be awarded to each user (out of scope)
The system will show the rank of all user.
Develop the full website including all the regular features (About , home page sitemap …etc)
Show the game status – who is first second and so on … Show all users other user transaction Show User's account
Show the Game Data wich will be retrieved from thid party.
Administrator mange all account Create new contests etc …
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in
executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
