We propose to develop and deliver a complete Aspen HYSYS V14 simulation of the MEA-based CO₂ capture process shown in your PFD. The model will include absorber and regenerator columns, heat exchangers, coolers, reboiler, condenser, pumps, and recycle loops, using the Acid Gas – Chemical Solvents property package for accurate CO₂–MEA–H₂O thermodynamics. Inputs required from you: flue gas composition, flow rate, temperature, pressure; MEA concentration, lean loading, circulation rate; absorber/regenerator design data (if available). Outputs will include: CO₂ removal efficiency, lean/rich solvent loadings, reboiler and condenser duties, temperature/pressure profiles, and full stream/equipment summary tables. Deliverables: Aspen HYSYS V14 .hsc case file and a concise process report (PDF).
