Reverse engineerering G-Code for 1 axis CNC beamsaw postprocessor

What problem I want to solve:
I am developing a software solution that is generating and optimizing cutting lists from rectangular sheets. I want to be able to export the cutting list to XML or CSV files that will act as instructions for the CNC beam saw postprocessor.
Problem Test & Replication:
I already have some software that is generating this XML/ CSV file so I can help with generating the file with the different inputs so that the output can be understood more easily. The software is Cut-Rite, Polyboard, Astra Nest, etc.
What I need:
I need to completely understand what is the full logic of the exported file so I can do the same thing from my solution.
Notes:
- Beam saws have just 1 axis
- The output XML/ CSV file does not contain coordinates, it's just a schema for the material/ parts to be cut
- You can't find any reference online for this type of file.
- If you're available, we'll need to do this for every type of postprocessor that exists.
