We are setting up a hosted PBX for our office, the cloud instance has about 100-140ms latency to our office.
It's installed with Elastix 2.4. 32-bit, and we are using SIP trunking, it's not heavily used, CPU at 1%, RAM at 29.8%, SWAP at 0% at the moment.
My problem: whenever I call some one, the sound I hear in my Cisco phone(latest firmware) isn't clear, it has jitter and noise etc.
I'm looking for an Asterisk/Elastix professional to solve this problem, maybe implement G729, PBXmate, whatever it takes to solve the voice quality problem.
