We are a small call center. Mostly inbound but we have a new campaign for outbound and we need help to find a software solution as well as install and setup a predictive dialer software that will work without pbx-in-flash software. We need campaign tracking on this software and reporting. We use queuemetrics ([url removed, login to view]) for out reporting now and would like to work the predictive dialer into that reporting. On the software please let me know features and such you of what you recommend. Open source is of course preferred because of cost but we are looking to make this work well so a small license is acceptable if it is the software you recommend and is the best choice. Please but all info of what you will do for setup and software you recommend in PMB. Also this will lead to maintenance and we have several changes we want to make on our VOIP server setup as well as want to make the system more redundant so know this job will lead to others. Again this bid is for the install and setup of predictive dialer software in out pbx in flash server and tie in the reporting to our existing queuemetrics
