We're looking for a Twilio expert to setup a simple call handling system for us.
We would like a number to behave as follows...
1. Incoming call.
2. Plays a welcome / hold message to caller.
3. Three staff numbers are simultaneously called.
4. When a staff member picks up, an introduction message is played before the caller is connected.
5. If the staff member hangs up before the end of the introduction message the other 2 staff phones are called again.
6. If no staff pick up after 45 seconds the call is transferred to voicemail and the voicemail message is shared by email to one address.
Please provide a price estimate and availability to setup. We already have the number in our Twilio account with a simple call forward which can be replaced.
