Scrum Master & Jira Admin Responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use. Clearing obstacles Establishing an environment where the team can be effective Addressing team dynamics Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions. Organizing Agile Meetings Sprint planning Daily standup (Scrum) Sprint Retrospective Additional: Product Owner support Help “Product Owner(s)” organize their backlogs, identify priorities, get organized etc. Admin tasks like putting in time estimates, and ensuring Sprints are realistic for completion in allocated time frame Expectation: Helping everybody on the team with time-management & prioritization using Jira as the framework. Jira Support : Try to answer questions and solve any problems that the team might have in Jira Help team with Jira administrative tasks e.g. restructuring , re-organizing, or migrating Help with decision of classic vs next-generation project, and migrate multi-sprint vs combined sprint Weekly Hours & Expectations 2h: About 1 Sprint Planning & Review Retrospective per week on average.
