Straight answer first: I have not submitted to ACX before, so if you need someone with a submission history, take them. What I can show you instead is that I know exactly what ACX checks and how to prove the file passes before it ever reaches them. The spec I'd be hitting: RMS between -23 and -18 dBFS, targeting -20. True peak under -3 dBFS. Noise floor under -60 dBFS. Head room tone 0.5-1s, tail 1-5s. MP3 192 kbps CBR, 44.1 kHz, mono, each file under 120 minutes. Noise floor is what gets most submissions rejected, so that's where I'd spend the time - gentle broadband reduction that lowers the floor without giving the voice that underwater sound, then re-measure rather than trust the ear. My approach is to measure every file before and after and hand you the numbers alongside the audio, so you can see each file sitting inside the ACX window rather than hoping it does. If anything comes back rejected I fix it at no extra charge. I build audio and subtitle QC tooling, so measuring against a fixed spec and proving compliance is the part of this I'm strongest at. On the upload: I'd rather deliver you upload-ready files than handle your ACX login, unless you have a way to grant limited access. $75 AUD.
