Enhance Voices in Audio Recording

I have a short ​.wav file in which my boyfriend and another woman are talking and laughing, but the speech is buried under low volume and general room noise. My single goal is to hear those voices loudly and clearly so that anyone who listens can make out what is being said. Please bring the dialogue forward, boost its volume, and strip away any noise that competes with the speech—traffic hum, TV bleed-through, echo, or anything else—while leaving the actual laughing and talking untouched. The result should sound natural, not over-processed, and free of artifacts. Acceptance criteria 1. Speech is clearly intelligible throughout. 2. No new distortion, hiss, or pumping is introduced. 3. Overall loudness is consistent, peaking safely below 0 dBFS. The clip is ready for immediate upload once we agree on the hand-off method.
