The finished piece must be ready for YouTube (an unlisted upload works best) and also saved as a standalone file—MP4 usually keeps quality high while remaining light enough for distribution. After export, I need a second, password-protected copy delivered electronically to each client. Key expectations: • Record and edit a clean 1080p video with balanced audio that follows the provided storyboard in real time with the synced visuals. • Upload the final cut to my YouTube channel, set to unlisted, and provide the link. • Package the identical master file inside an encrypted archive, apply a strong password, and transmit it securely to the distribution list I’ll provide. • Turnaround is once per quarter, so a repeatable workflow and simple hand-off process are essential.
