The schedule spans two consecutive days in late June, moving between lakeside exteriors, small indoor interview setups, and a handful of vérité walk-and-talk scenes around town. To stay nimble the camera unit will be no larger than three people, so the sound department needs to be equally streamlined—ideally one or two professionals who can cover production sound recording, operate a boom, and keep quick, organised sound notes. Core expectations • Capture broadcast-quality dialogue, nat-sound beds, and general ambience with proper gain staging and minimal noise. • Slate and hand off labelled WAV files at 48 kHz/24-bit at the end of each shoot day, synced to camera timecode when possible. • Provide a concise sound report noting any takes with potential issues.
