Company Videographer for Ongoing Work

I’m ready to step up our in-house content and I need a skilled videographer to capture professional-grade footage of our day-to-day operations, products, and occasional events. Your main focus will be the shoot itself—camera, lighting, and sound—though if you also enjoy editing or managing the clips for social media, let me know; that extra know-how is certainly welcome. Here’s how I picture the collaboration: • Pre-production: We’ll discuss objectives, shot lists, and any location constraints so you can arrive fully prepared with the right gear. • Production: Film on-site (mostly weekdays, occasional weekends) and make sure audio and lighting are clean straight out of camera. • Handover: Supply neatly labelled footage files in 1080p or 4K, plus any essential notes on takes, framing, or tech settings. If you can provide a quick assembly cut, mention that in your proposal. What I value: – A reel that shows crisp visuals, steady composition, and good colour work. – Clear communication on availability, turnaround times, and the equipment you own. – Reliability on set; I need someone who can work independently once we lock the brief.
