Identify audio software to detect and flag up an "exhale" sound using pattern matching, to allow it to be removed globally

We create video files, using Camtasia. One of our video creators tends to exhale a little heavily. The waveform is quite obvious as a symmetric curve. It's laborious to silence in Camtasia.
Is there a piece of audio software that we can use (when we extract the audio track from camtasia) that will recognise all instances of this exhale, and flag them up, and allow to process them out or silence them?
That's the task, to identify this successfully. The software needs to be open source, windows based ideally (or mac if need be), and cost less than $300 per license.
