Live sound engineer for an event

My name is Ahmed, and I'm looking for a live sound engineer to facilitate an upcoming event. The event is a small gathering with a live band, speakers and a mic, and will be attended by 50-200 people. I am open to suggestions when it comes to sound requirements and preferences; however, I do want to ensure that my event runs smoothly and my guests have an enjoyable experience.
