Control Fading on Wave File -- VB .NET

We require a coder to create a VB .NET class that will control the volume of a wave file. It will include one core function... .TakeDown(wavPath, dbChange, fadeLength, volumeDownAt, volumeUpAt) This will accept the wave file to change, the decibel level to change to, the length of the volume change and two values (in seconds) - the time at which the file volume should change to the decibel level, and the time at which the file should return to the normal. Example call: .TakeDown("c:\[login to view URL]", -10, 10, 60, 120) This will take c:\[login to view URL] and after 60 seconds, will fade the audio down to -10db. Then at 120 seconds, over the same period of ten seconds, it will bring the audio back up to the normal level.
