Transcription - Extremely LOW budget

I have overflow transcription however the budget on this project with my client is rock bottom. Pay for this transcription project would be $5.00 per audio hour and there are 7 hours of audio to be completed.

Audio is of average quality - you can hear everything it's just a bit soft...
