Create an educational dramatic video

Educational Video As an educational provider, I wish to have a live action educational video that would grab the attention of young people in a sensitive area of work.

6 -8 mins long looking at the supply and possession of Cannabis, stop and search, arrest, custody suite

Bilingual (Welsh and English) dramatic live action portrayal.

Full accessibility options including subtitling in both languages, audio description and BSL desired.

Aimed at children aged 12 - 14 years, intended to develop understanding, thinking and learning.

Actors x 5, groups of extras, diverse groups.

Locations to include parks, roads, outside space as well as house locations.

Re-writing and developing an existing script to include new developments and learning points.

Music, Editing, Creative Concept, Sound Effects all needed to create a gripping educational tool.

Deadline for completion would be April 2021

What I am interested in is a rough estimate of cost please.
