I need someone to take my raw WAV files and do all the post production work on them e.g. nice intro song, cut and touch up interviews, produce an MP3 version, ID3 tags, cover art, etc. I will give guidance on what I want edited.
I need someone reliable, and someone that can receive and produce a completed podcast for me within a pre-specified amount of time. I also need someone that can handle 3 - 5 podcasts per week (there may be more than 5 per week but I need to know you can handle at least 3). When you bid, let me know your capacity for a week (max 7). Also, please let me know how quickly you can deliver the final product e.g. “I can complete it within 48 hours, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 7 days”, etc. whatever it is. And if the pricing varies according to the turnaround time – let me know (e.g. “I can do it for $X with 48 hour turn around and $Y with 5 day turn around time, and $Z within 2 week turn around time”).
It would be great if you could also transcribe the interviews into a text document with time stamp. This is optional but please let me know if your bid includes this or not.
The selected winner will submit the price they will charge on a per podcast effort as this is for many podcasts over several months and not a one time effort. Think volume discount.
Please post your bid, send your CV/Resume/experience/website if you have one and I will send a link to a raw file (all bidders get the exact same one) and instructions for editing and you can then take this raw file and perform the post production work as proof that you are able to handle and produce professional work. If I select your bid I will pay your rate for the edited demo podcast.
I expect the average length of each to be 30 min with a range of 20-50. If you have a blog or a podcast, this will be a bonus. Please ask any questions about this project in the project verification area so that all may equally benefit from the question. As well please contact us if you have questions and don't be afraid to ask.
I am looking for a long term partner so if you reply with a standardized response you are probably not going to get a reply. Individuals are especially welcome as it gives us one person to establish a direct and on-going relationship with.
I don't need someone to host my podcast, I have a blog and will be posting and distributing it from there.
