Engineer - Audio and Sound Technology

I need someone to help develop and source the technology and hardware needed to develop a Vocal gender recognition software and implement into a product. Very Very good English is a must as I do not have a thoroughly understanding in this sector and will need you to explain the components needed and what they do. Also, the vocal recognition software will be used with the English Language. The Final product I need to create is a microphone and speaker that has the ability to determine the gender of the person speaking. The goal is to have two items -

1) When a male speaks into the microphone their voice plays on the speaker, but when a woman speaks into the same microphone nothing plays not he speaker

2) When a Woman speaks into the microphone their voice plays on the speaker, but when a man speaks into the microphone nothing plays on the speaker.
