Telemarketing and Inbound support needed for Charity website. Website will be launched in about a month. Soon thereafter we would like to run a test campaign to gather various return measures for effectiveness of a telemarketing campaign. After testing, we will need multiple seats outbound full-time and a few inbound seats for customer service. Outbound callers will lead people to the website, solicit donations, and record donor information. Inbound seats will answer basic organization questions, refer harder questions to another number, and record caller information.
Charity organization is based in the United States. Target market is also in the States. Organization uses donations to support libraries and tutoring services in poor regions of Latin America.
