Need help with youtube video

I need help syncing a wav audio file to a image file. My problem is that whenever I upload the video, the volume is DRASTICALLY REDUCED on youtube. The original wav audio is very loud but once uploaded to youtube, it becomes much too quiet.
I need you to manipulate the volume of this video [login to view URL]
so that it matches the loudness of the audio in this video for example,[login to view URL]
The problem is not simple and it has something to do with youtube normalizing the audio i suspect.
