Hey there, iam a professional audio engineer specializing in audio enhancement for the last 5 years. I use industry standard tools and softwares like adobe audition and izotope RX to deliver a professional sounding audio no matter how bad its quality is. Other audio engineers here will just try to remove the noise aggressively, which might work but it will completely ruin the voice.
