Voices needed for Childrens animated movie

I am making an animated direct-to-DVD movie about a lonely little girl in foster care who on the day she is adopted finds a portal to the magical world of Genoma and befriends the lovable Mr. Wogglebug. Together they have an adventure rescuing the Enchanted Forest and rallying the residents of it to save it from a demented wizard.
I have the main characters cast. The voices of the characters I still need are as follows:
Sylvie's foster father, Harlan Martin. He has a young baritone voice: "She reminds me of myself at her age."
Sylvie's foster mother, Ellen Martin. She has a young and charming voice: "You can call me Mom from now on."
For the Enchanted Forest I need Elysia the Fairy Queen Mother of the Elements. She has a motherly ethereal voice that is very warm and wise: "You, Sylvie Harnois are far more vital to this world and yours than you know."
And two elves. One is named Cristeph and one is the elven leader. Cristeph sounds very young but mature and still whimsical: "Haven't you ever seen a short person perform magic before?"
And the Elven leader just sounds a lot older and just as whimsical: "As loyal residents of the forest we must do something."
Wise Old Talking Oak Trees:
The Wise Old Oak Trees are ancient guardians of the elements around them. They protect
themselves and their surroundings with magic spells or tests of character via trick questions
and quizzes. They also give out phrases of philosophy and wisdom to those who pass through
or not. Some of them love to laugh and have a sense of humor, others are more solemn and
quiet, and a bit edgy. They also dread for their own safety and future of their realms.
One has a low and solemn, almost whispering voice full of wisdom. One has a slightly higher
pitched voice that is humorous but has a slight edginess. One has a low and soft voice that is
full of joy and tenderness. They all have voices in the ranging of deep, gravelly, elderly and
wizened.
They appear in a few minor scenes in-between the first and second halves of the film, and
then again in the third act once.
Audition line #1: “All of life is a quest for education to find out one's own answers.”
The Mocking Trees:
These are a malformed version of the Wise Oaks. They were grown by Antibo and those who serve him. They have at least one scene in which they try to halt Sylvie and Wogglebug's progress as the two hold hands and walk around them to get to their destination. These trees throw verbal insults and jeers at both of them as they try to protect each other. At one crucial point the Wogglebug almost falters when a particularly nasty one starts getting to his vulnerable spot. So all of them have voices that are the dark opposite of the Wise Oaks.
Audition line #1 “Give it up! You will not survive!”
Professor Knowitall
He is the wise professor of Genoma who created the Wogglebug. He sounds like Einstein but more whimsical. His audition line is "Well done , Mr. Wogglebug. I am proud of you."
King Ethano. He is the noble king of Genoma. His audition line is "I trust you, Mr. Wogglebug."
