Job Description:
I can provide images of the space, but what I really need is someone who can execute. This will be an outdoor only space used as an event business, targetting smaller intimate weddings, corporate brunches, private picnics, and the like. The style should be whimsical, dreamy and romantic (think Anthropologie and fantasy). The building in the space is a 1908 vintage craftsman, which means you should avoid going too modern with this space. Furthermore, since we are in Portland, OR, we deal with a lot of rain. As such, you should use the surrounding trees, and design a structure that can have a canvas or similar style cover that can easily be added or removed.
