I am working with the city of Albuquerque to have an existing building stated use changed from residential to commercial. Note that the property is in a non residential - general manfucaturing (NR-GM) zone so rezoning is not required. I have a designer that is preparing the drawings to present to the city but need to have the drawings reviewed and approved by an Architect or Engineer license in New Mexico. There are currently no plans to make improvements to the existing structure so the drawing represent the current state of the building. I need a liensed professional who can review the drawings and approve the drawing for submission to the city of Albuquerque and that can be available to answer any possible questions that arise so the change of use can be completed. Please let me know if this is somethng that you might be able to assist with. The designer or I can provide videos, pictures, technical details, etc. to support your work on this project. Thanks.
