MEP Engineer Needed for Assisted Living Facility Renovations

I own and operate a residential assisted living facility in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. Our resident rooms are oversized, so we are seeking to reconfigure their floor plans, so that we can accomodate more residents. We are seeking a Minnesota-licensed MEP Engineer who can help us to build the plans and shop drawings that Minnesota DLI will require to get this project permitted and moving forward. We currently have architectural drawings that specify the new floor plan. However, we need before and after MEP drawings for each building showing the current and future plans and specifications in the following areas: * Mechanical and Electrical Plans/Specifications by a Minnesota licensed Engineer. (before & after specs) * Plumbing plans/specifications, to include kitchen fixture and equipment plans, DWV and water piping supply plans, RWL plans, gas and process piping plans, plumbing fixture plans and details and all exterior site utilities, including on-site septic design plans as applicable. (before & after specs) * Fire alarm shop drawings to specify alterations to our existing fire alarm system, that are made necessary by our room reconfiguration.
