Mountain modern house

I am looking for a skilled architect or designer to create a mountain modern house for me. I have a budget of more less than USD 1,000 and my priority is to have an open concept layout. I have specific preferences for the design and would like to incorporate energy efficiency features as well. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing modern houses, with a focus on creating open and functional spaces. They should also have knowledge of energy-efficient design principles. If you have a keen eye for detail and can bring my vision to life, I would love to hear from you.
I need the house to be made from stones and comcrete and to be very unique and modern. The land is on a cliff which i want intact. I want the rocks to be visible and be part of the house. I want one or two olive trees outside the house in a way that they look inside the house.
I want to be a flat, one single floor and the space should not exceed 200sqm. The height can be up to 9 meters.
I have attached photos for the land, the dwg map of the land and photos for a similar concept house.
Below should be the deliverables:
1- autocad floor map for the house from the interior
2- 3D interior rendering
3- 3d exterior rendering
