I am an experienced Interior designer who is looking for a professional CAD drafter to translate my detailed floor plans and elevations for an apartment remodel in a residential building. I will work on all drawings by hand, and will send detailed drawings including measurements to be translated into CAD. The drawings that I will be providing will be Demolition plan Construction plan Furniture layout plan Reflective ceiling plan Switching plan Possible line elevations needed for custom designed cabinets The floorpan is for an apt that is 26oo Sq. Ft, and had 4 bedrooms, 3 .5 baths, kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as a laundry area. Suitable candidates should possess: - Fast turn around and extensive experience in CAD software - Excellent attention to detail - Someone who is willing to work on this project over the course of 3 months, who can turn around the drawings quickly. I will provide detailed blueprint with measurements. Your ability to translate this blueprint into accurate and professional CAD drawings will be key to your success on this project. The CAD drawings should include medium level details, or as specified by me, if needed. The CAD drawings should be created using AutoCAD. The deliverables should be provided in PDF format. I will provide all details necessary for style and design, so please adhere strictly to the dimensions and floor areas specified in the provided blueprint.
