I need to finish a retail hair/spa space for a tenant. I am looking for an expert with skills in architectural design and structural engineering. Key aspects of the project: - Architectural Design: The existing space is already in a pdf format. We are modifying a few non-structural walls that will need to be redrawn, and then the space will need to be re-labeled. It will need to meet the city requirements for permitting. - Structural Engineering: There are existing structural elements in the space that will need to be incorporated into the design. You will need to assess these elements and make any necessary modifications to ensure the space is safe and functional. The hvac and main electrical are to remain. - Plumbing Design: Design and install plumbing systems, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and compliant with building regulations (There will be some new underground plumbing installed. No structural walls should be touched). An ideal freelancer for this project should have: - Extensive experience in both architectural design and structural engineering, particularly in retail spaces. - A strong understanding of working with existing structural elements. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with me throughout the project. _ I have a stamped, engineered example of what is needed from a previous project. The expected timeline for this project is 1-3 months. Final deliverables should be provided in PDF format.
