We plan to install a small 8x14 in-ground swimming pool in our back yard. A family member owns a pool installation company. DCRA requires an architectural seal on plat showing the location of the pool. I already have the plat in word and PDF and we have identified the location of the pool. We also have pool architectural schematics from the manufacturer, a water riser/plumbing diagram, safety cover information, and electrical box schematics. Only the site plat issued by DCRA showing pool and equipment and other structures needs to be created and stamped by the architect, licensed in DC.
