I am looking for a skilled professional who can create civil/structural engineering drawings for a modern house in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and creating drawings for houses with more than 2 floors. (1st Floor, 2nd Floor and Basement). This project is for the extension of an existing house. The existing house has 2250 of living space and I am adding another 3000 SQFT to the existing space.
What I am looking for? For all three levels and the entire house (close to 5250 SQFT + 2 Car Garage)

-Roof Framing Details
-Connection details
-Project completion will be considered as when permit is acquired so it is expected that engineer will provide updates to acquire the permit if needed.

Description
The project involves expanding the existing house, specifically at the rear, where the current house measures 2250 square feet and includes a 2-car garage. The planned extension will encompass approximately 3000 square feet, resulting in a total area of around 5250 square feet once completed. The expanded house will feature three levels, including the 1st floor, 2nd floor, and a basement. This is an increase from the original two-level structure, which comprised only the 1st and 2nd floors. Additionally, it's worth noting that there is one existing column in the house, which may require some adjustments within this project.
