The exterior language should reflect classic proportions and detailing—think gabled roofs, balanced window placement, and materials that would be right at home in a historic neighborhood. Key design notes • Each unit will occupy one level in a stacked 2 story configuration. • I am not looking for open-concept living; instead, rooms can be well defined so long as traffic flow feels natural. • Floor-to-ceiling heights, wall thicknesses, and structural spans must fit standard U.S. building practices to keep construction economical.
