Super simple project as I designed 95% of the working structure and how things fit. Need it "completed" within 6-10 days. First draft should be available within 3-4 days. I already have renders for this project. Please state in your bid that "First draft will be provided in 3 days" so that I can see you have read my project details.
Attached "Render" image should give you an idea how it is to be designed (externally). It's supposed to look beautiful so please design it like the render. Although you may follow the STL file in terms of "structure" and "function"
PARTS. There is the main device and the attachable arm. Please review the "Expanded Explained Parts" and the STL FILES.
Functionally, the arm part is supposed to swivel 45 degrees.
However what the render DOES NOT SHOW is also should be detachable. It is to be connected using a magnet.
The render also does not show the additional "motion sensor" on the front side. This needs to be added (simply a hole)
The front "cap" cover should have several internal hexagons so the motion sensor can distribute the sensor ability in various directions (straight / upwards / downwards). For each hexagon there should also be several tiny circles. This is how every cap cover on mini PIR sensor are on the market.
There will be 3 milestones for this project.
Milestone 1 (50%) - Finish initial design, draft and provide STL so can "test" print the parts
Milestone 2 (25%) - Make changes until product is ready for tooling, provide STL each revision for review/testing
Milestone 3 (25%) Project complete, provide STP and all other source files relating to project
