Most projects like this get stuck when tests aren’t built to be reusable and maintainable, so every new screen or feature becomes painful to automate. Quick question before I suggest an approach: Do you already have a defined test suite and structure in mind, or do you want the framework itself (logging, reporting, page objects, etc.) built from scratch? I’ve built scalable Appium + Python frameworks before with clean architecture, so adding new test flows doesn’t require rewriting existing logic.
