I need a streamlined Gmail automation, built entirely with Google Apps Script, that can capture every customer email landing in a shared inbox and hand it off to the correct sales rep without fail. The script must recognise an incoming message, forward or label it so the assigned rep is clearly identified, and make sure any reply from that rep reaches the original sender as if it came from the shared address. Smoothness and reliability matter more to me than fancy extras. No mis-routed or duplicated messages, no broken threads—just a clean, professional flow that can scale as our team grows.
