We are responsible for the commissioning of Day 2 of a 16MW data centre in Taiwan. We need an experienced CX lead engineer with good BMS experience to manage or small CX team and meet client expectations for daily meetings, coordination, reporting and escalation. The manager is expected to be an engineer with good hands-on experience to be able to support the team with fault-finding when necessary. Scope of work • Coordinate with on-site vendors, general contractor (customer), and owner staff during commissioning activities, making sure all work adheres to contractual and safety standards. • Produce concise handover documentation: quality and commissioning records. Key technologies in play include Inductive Automation - Ignition SCADA, Rockwell PLCs, Modbus/TCP on Moxa and typical ABB and Schneider EPMS components. If you are fluent in comparable toolsets that achieve the same outcome, I am open to alternatives. The role is on-site and the time commitment is expected to be 5-6 days per week with 8-10 hours per day for 13 to 17 weeks continuously. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - Must have work rights in Taiwan for at least 6 months. - Good Mandarin and English is highly preferred. - Travel and accommodatrion at own cost - strongly prefer a resident Taiwanese
