The hard part here is not the alerts, it is WhatsApp. The official WhatsApp Business Cloud API does not expose group messages at all, so a monitor for your WhatsApp groups can only run as a linked device, the same way WhatsApp Web connects to your phone. Telegram has no such limit. I would rather tell you that before you pay than after. How I would build it: - Telegram: a listener session on the groups you hand me. Picks up new posts as they arrive, text and voice both, and pulls the audio file down automatically. - Voice: speech to text on every audio message, so a voice only trip request never slips past you. - Location: extract the pickup locality from the message, matched against a Bangalore alias table (JP Nagar, Jayanagar, Marathahalli, HSR, short forms and common misspellings), then geocode it and measure the real road distance from your base point. - Filter and alert: your own radius setting, 5 km or 10 km or anything else. Only trips inside it reach you, with pickup, destination, date and time, passengers, vehicle need, distance from you, source group and the original text or transcription attached.
