Auto Response - We have the following categories/brands in stock(Insert List based on Google Sheet) - Apple, Google, Video Games, All, etc Client - Apple AI/Auto Response - Send our portion of the Price List that is for Apple(AI: and other recommendations), in a WhatsApp Poll format where they can click the items that they are interested in, and then prompt them to say Done after complete, or if no response, wait 1 minute after Inputs on Poll are complete, and automatically send the Item Name, Quantity, and Prices for those selected items, and prompt them to Confirm the order Auto Response - Ask them for the Address they want to ship to Client - Shipping Address Given Auto Response - Thanks, which payment method(Wire, Credit Card 2.9% Fee, Paypal 2.9% Fee) Client - Choice Given Then, Quickbooks Invoice gets automatically made, using quickbooks new AI, autofill, it can autofill the Invoice contents, client details and update anything it needs to about them We require the chatbot to use standard pre-set responses for all interactions. Any discrepancies or issues during the conversation should be escalated to a human agent immediately. The chatbot should respond in English. The chatbot should respond using structured text messages.
