I have a strong conceptual idea for an AI-driven HR system that micro and small-to-medium businesses can adopt straight out of the box. The goal is to streamline day-to-day HR work—think recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, payroll queries, policy questions, and everything in between—using machine learning, natural-language processing, and smart workflow automation. Right now nothing exists beyond high-level vision, so the first milestone will be converting loose concepts into a clear product roadmap and technical architecture. From there we will move into an MVP that demonstrates core AI capabilities (predictive analytics, intelligent data capture, automated task routing, conversational self-service, etc.) while remaining cloud-agnostic for global deployment. Key deliverables • Product requirements document and user journey maps • Scalable architecture diagram (preferred stack: Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, React or similar, AWS or Azure) • Working MVP with admin portal and at least one live HR workflow automated end-to-end • Deployment and testing plan with measurable success criteria The MVP will focus on: • A Core Data Model capturing employee data, compensation and benefits. • Absence allowances and days off tracking. • Work patterns and work schedules tracking. • Talent Recruitment processes integrated into the MVP scope. • All accessed through Conversational AI for employee interaction. I’m looking for someone comfortable shaping green-field SaaS products: data scientists who code, full-stack engineers who understand HR, or small teams who combine both skill sets.
