Help me Setup Azure AD, Office365 with my local Active Directory for Testing

Objective: I want someone who knows how to configure Local Active Directory On prem Domain with Azure AD and Office365. Azure AD Connect, Express Route: and I want my testing accounts in Local Active Directory Domain to be configured to use SSO with MFA enabled, and Azure AD configured to use PTA.
SUCCESS / COMPLETED PROJECT: will be Local Active Directory Domain, using Azure AD Connect to Sync on AD Users accounts to Azure AD Tenant, and Mailboxs for ADUsers in Office 365 Tenant which will be connected to the Local Active Directory Domain as well.
